Portfolio Review

I completed a detailed portfolio review today, where I discussed with Tim what photographs I should add to my Flickr and remove from Flickr. I think that this tutorial helped me to understand the structure of my portfolio and the variety of approaches I need to incorporate within. I feel like I have a good range of images that can go towards my portfolio and link together strongly. We finalised most of my images for my portfolio, which were from the foundation course. However, we chose some of my landscapes that were taken at college but work well together and show a range of skill and technique. We talked about my portraiture project and Tim suggested that I just continued with taking natural portraits of the Amateur Dramatic group. This is because he feels that there isn't much difference between the actors performance photograph and the natural photograph. I agree with this also and think that taking natural photographs of an amateur dramatic class simplifies my idea and makes it easier to capture still subjects, rather then movement which creates a blurred effect.
