Initial Primary Research

I had a tutorial with my tutor, who suggested that I contacted and emailed the photographer Matt Burgess. He told me about Matt's english photography projects and a range of different subjects he works with. Also how he produced a series of B&B photographs, which gave me an idea of emailing him and seeing why he choose this subject and what his thoughts on Englishness were. I feel that emailing a photographer gave me an insight into how I would develop this final project to the best of my ability.
