Location recce and gaining permission

I have recently visited a number of B&B's where I have made contact with the owners and discussed my project plan. My plan is to take some photographs of the B&B's interior and exterior, as well as portraits of some of the staff. I have discussed visiting times and potential dates for the photoshoots, these will be confirmed by Tuesday 27th February. I intend to complete my first photoshoot on the weekend commencing the 3rd March.
