Photoshoot 1- B&B by the beach

This is my first photoshoot that I captured of a B&B. This B&B was very modern and the photos captured were more of a advertisement style which is great for their buisness but this isn't really what I wanted to show. However, some of the images suggest an identity of Englishness and how B&B's have been modernised to compete in the hospitality industry. I feel that these photographs show B&B's in a modern way, which is not what I want to convey within my project. I want to show traces of people and human interation within B&B's, so I feel that staying at one would be the best option if I was to capture this.

This shoot was more of a first time experimentation of working with natural light, within a B&B. This doesn't link to my project brief but I feel if I just keep exploring a variety of B&B's I will capture more human traces, rather than just concentrating on one. Overall, I believe that this shoot went well and shows the use of natural light well, which I can develop and work on in future shoots.
