Tutorial- 08/03/18

I had another tutorial where me and my tutor discussed through my first photoshoot and what I should be concentrating on more in future shoots. We talked about how my first shoot was very contemporary and creates more of an advertisement series, which would be great for the B&B buisness.

However, what I want to capture is the traces that people leave in a room and if a identity can be discovered from this. Matt suggested to me that I could go and stay in a B&B and capture portraits of owners and capture traces of people left in the B&B. This tutorial was really helpful becuase I feel that now I fully know what I want to capture and how I am going to do this to create the idea of personal identity through traces. Perhaps even revealing the secret life of B&Bs and the working environment behind the scenes in these establishments, the activity usually hidden from the public.
