Intentions/Aims: For this next shoot I aim to explore the use of natural light within a B&B and just get use to this because I haven't used this lighting in other projects. Therefore, I can develop this techniuqe and explore it in depth for future shoots. For this photoshoot I intend to capture traces of human involvement within a B&B to create the idea of british identity. This is the idea that I want to continue to capture but found it difficult in my last photoshoot because the B&B was so clean and modern. I intend to create the opposite perspective of what tourists would like a B&B to be like e.g. clean and tidy. For example creating and developing the idea of human interaction, meaning suggestions of identity could be made.

Technical details/equipment: Camera techniques that I intend to develop and continue with throughout this project, include low, high and differential depth of field. I learnt these techniques in depth at A-Level and feel that I can expand my knowledge on other techniques that I could use for this project. I intend to also experiment with compositional techniques such as rule of thirds, which will help me to create a vivid focal point for the audience.

Artist influences: A few photographers that have influenced my idea development for this shoot, including Jackie Nickerson for the use of soft light to create a delicate images. Also with this shoot I am looking more into traces of human involvement and am going to develop this idea in other projects. For example Phillip Toledano's project 'Offices's has inspired me with developing ideas because of his photographs that capture human involvement within a specific industry. I like this idea because it leaves messages of identity and leaves unanswered questions for the audience.

Where/when: This photoshoot will take place on saturday 10th March and will be at the Rosscourt B&B in boscombe.
